wow, what a find!
central location friendly barista varied breakfast
the hotel is super central to everything! it is close to restaurants and shopping areas too. the rooftop bar has a friendly barista named rosie who makes amazing drinks. breakfast has so many choices, like different flavored croissants and grilled veggies!
the soundproofing was not great. i could easily hear noises from outside and other rooms. this made it hard to sleep sometimes.

staff members gave great train information. i noticed a supermarket next door which is very convenient. a pharmacy across the road is helpful if you need anything quickly.

the breakfast dining room opened early with early excursions which i thought was very kind. they served a lovely breakfast it was amazing with a wide selection. the coffee tasted excellent.

clean room central location rooftop terrace
the hotel was very clean and well decorated. the location was close to all the attractions. the rooftop terrace was beautiful. i found a very nice grocery store next door, i appreciated this convenience.
i did have to declog the shower hair trap because the shower was overflowing slightly.

The rooms were designed beautifully with clean, spacious , and pleasant environments. the beds provided good comfort , ensuring a restful night's sleep , and the shower had excellent water pressure.

The breakfast had a diverse range , better than typical hotel breakfasts. the in-house chef prepared excellent desserts and pastries , offering superb coffees. the staff served cold food , which disappointed many guests.

perfect stay!
superb location clean hotel excellent service
the location was superb. a grocery store was conveniently located next door, i noticed. the hotel ensured cleanliness throughout, and the staff provided excellent service. breakfast offered a great experience, especially for italian standards.
The rooftop bar lacked shade during the afternoon. I felt the umbrellas were not readily available.

the hotel is centrally located. i could walk everywhere, i found. it provided easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. i also noted that getting around was quite simple, with main attractions just a short walk away.

the staff was amazing! i found them very helpful, especially with directions and travel arrangements. the owner and receptionist were really good too assist, i will say. chilled lemon water and cappuccinos were available upon arrival.

decent stay overall
great location helpful staff clogged drain weak air conditioning
the location was amazing! it was super convenient to get around. the staff were lovely and very helpful with everything i needed.
the shower drain was a bit clogged and the water pooled. it took a while for the water to drain after each shower. the air conditioning was not powerful enough. it struggled to cool the room down during the hottest part of the day.

lovely staff super clean hotel limited sunlight inadequate fresh air
the staff were lovely. they were cute and helpful . the hotel was spotlessly clean. i felt comfortable and well cared for.
the room window faced the heater and a wall. it was covered with a curtain. there was no sunlight and not enough fresh air in the room.

The location was very convenient. It was just a short walk to the main square. my room had a balcony overlooking the street (i loved watching the city come alive). the breakfast buffet had a lot of choices, including fresh pastries and hot items.
the room was a bit small, but it had plenty of storage space.

Central Location and Excellent Service
modern hotel city center pleasant staff excellent service
The hotel is in the city center. This made it easy to walk to the ferry port in about ten minutes. I found the rooftop area very nice, offering a relaxing space. The staff was friendly. My room was immaculate. I thank Rosie for her excellent service.
I noticed the rooftop bar did not have umbrellas up during the afternoon. This made it less inviting for those seeking shade.
