the hotel was very clean and well decorated. the location was close to all the attractions. the rooftop terrace was beautiful. i found a very nice grocery store next door, i appreciated this convenience.
i did have to declog the shower hair trap because the shower was overflowing slightly.

The rooms were designed beautifully with clean, spacious , and pleasant environments. the beds provided good comfort , ensuring a restful night's sleep , and the shower had excellent water pressure.

The breakfast had a diverse range , better than typical hotel breakfasts. the in-house chef prepared excellent desserts and pastries , offering superb coffees. the staff served cold food , which disappointed many guests.

the location was superb. a grocery store was conveniently located next door, i noticed. the hotel ensured cleanliness throughout, and the staff provided excellent service. breakfast offered a great experience, especially for italian standards.
The rooftop bar lacked shade during the afternoon. I felt the umbrellas were not readily available.

the hotel is centrally located. i could walk everywhere, i found. it provided easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. i also noted that getting around was quite simple, with main attractions just a short walk away.

the staff was amazing! i found them very helpful, especially with directions and travel arrangements. the owner and receptionist were very good too assist, i will say. chilled lemon water and cappuccinos were available upon arrival.

breakfast was AMAZING!!! the breakfast buffet was delicious. i will remember it. there was plenty of variety, and the quality of the food was great. the rooftop bar also offered a great ambiance, i thought.

the location was amazing! it was super convenient to get around. the staff were lovely and very helpful with everything i needed.
the shower drain was a bit clogged and the water pooled. it took a while for the water to drain after each shower. the air conditioning was not powerful enough. it struggled to cool the room down during the hottest part of the day.

The location was very convenient. It was just a short walk to the main square. my room had a balcony overlooking the street (i loved watching the city come alive). the breakfast buffet had a lot of choices, including fresh pastries and hot items.
the room was a bit small, but it had plenty of storage space.

The hotel is in the city center. This made it easy to walk to the ferry port in about ten minutes. I found the rooftop area very nice, offering a relaxing space. The staff was friendly. My room was immaculate. I thank Rosie for her excellent service.
I noticed the rooftop bar did not have umbrellas up during the afternoon. This made it less inviting for those seeking shade.
